Have you ever wondered what true, non-store bought sourdough tastes like? Join us as instructor, Janna, teaches you the basics — from your sourdough starter maintenance, to shaping a boule.
You’ll take home a ready-to-bake boule where you will add your own artistic flair through scoring and decorating. With this class, you will also receive your very own fresh sourdough starter, a brand new lined banneton, and detailed instructions so you can begin your own baking journey.
Workshops have a strict, no refund policy. If you do not show up, you will still be charged the full amount, as supplies had already been bought for each customer who purchased a spot.
